Award for the Smart City project in Seville Easter

“The use of technology in favor of the citizens´security” with the Smart City pilot project in which Axión has participated, has been an award for the City of Seville.

The city council has been distinguished with the Luz 2018 Prize from the innovation, science and technology Cibersur digital portal. The City Council of Seville promoted the project to improve security and prevention measures, according to the Seville Consistory.

Axión developed the gauging control system and citizen flow with Bosch video surveillance camera and integrated it into the Cisco coordination and control Smart digital platform.

The work of Axión, along with other companies participating in the pilot, was also recognized and was present at the award ceremony, which took place in the booth of the Commercial and Industrial Circle of Seville in the April Fair accompanied the mayor of Seville.

The mayor of Seville, Juan Espadas, together with the mayor of Security, Mobility and Festivals, Juan Carlos Cabrera, the delegate of Economy, Trade and Institutional Relations, Carmen Castreño collected the prize.

“The involvement of all the municipal areas that have participated in this project and the collaboration of the companies that have been part of it has allowed us to improve security and guarantee citizens the normal development of Holy Week 2018”, Cabrera has indicated during the act.
