Axión Supports the Adecco Foundation in Promoting Employment for the Most Vulnerable Women

08 March 2023

More than 4.5 million women (30% of those of working age) are at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion

Today, on International Women’s Day, Axión joins the Adecco Foundation’s initiative for Women’s Week 2023, where, alongside other committed companies, the goal is to promote access to employment for women at the highest risk of exclusion, while also raising awareness about the barriers they still face in entering the labor market.

This initiative is part of the Adecco Foundation’s social mission, #EmploymentForAll, and is aligned with the 2030 Agenda, addressing four Sustainable Development Goals: ending poverty, reducing inequalities, gender equality, and decent work and economic growth.

As part of the planned activities, Axión is helping to promote the awareness video titled “The Influencer You’ve Never Seen,” which sheds light on the uncertain reality faced every day by the 4.5 million women at risk of social exclusion in our country.
