Axión Sells 51% of Axent to Enagás

We announce the sale of our 51% stake in Axent to Enagás, which thereby becomes its sole owner. 

Axent was founded as a partnership between Enagás and Axión to develop the fiber-optic connectivity business for high-capacity services, building on the infrastructure initially deployed by Enagás for internal use. Today, that shared vision has resulted in a network of more than 5,700 km of proprietary fiber-optic cable, laid entirely underground, which guarantees high-availability services. 

Over the years, thanks to the work of an excellent team of professionals, Axent has established itself as a leading operator in the Spanish market.
