In view of the exceptional circumstances that are occurring in Spain due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, in Axión we have implemented a series of operational measures to give continuity to our usual operations with our clients and, at the same time, to duly protect our employees and all our partners.
Therefore, Axión reports that the following operational measures have been put in place:
Regarding our Centre of Operation (COR), a series of measures have been adopted to maintain its full operability and to maximize the protection of its personnel from any contagion and, in case this eventuality should occur, to allow our service to continue in a normal way. The following measures have been taken:
With regard to maintenance services, the following additional operational measures have been adopted in addition to those proposed through the Prevention against COVID-19 protocols:
All these measures are under constant review by the heads of our Technical and Operations Management, and with due advice from the ad-hoc Monitoring Committee, which is in contact to see how the situation is evolving and the measures taken by the authorities for any adaptation that may be necessary.
As for our corporate services, communications, e-mail and corporate applications, these are all 100% operational. Staff assigned to these functions are also working remotely. As for the engineering staff, they continue to work remotely on current projects.
Axión staff who need to travel to the various telecommunications sites, or work centers, are certified, for the purposes of their movement on public roads to provide their professional services, under Article 7 c) of Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March, declaring the State of Alarm for the management of the health crisis situation.
