Araceli García

Executive President

Telecommunications Engineer from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.

Extensive experience in management positions in the sector, in technology management and in transformation projects, with more than 25 years of experience in executive positions in multinationals such as Vodafone, Telefónica or IAG.

Since 2022, she has been Sole Administrator of Axión and CEO of Lineox.

Carlos Morales

Financial and Purchasing

Degree in Business Administration from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Master in Finance from the IE Business School.

Extensive experience in the financial area in various sectors, having previously held positions of responsibility at Technip, FCC and Veolia.

Since 2012 he has been the Financial and Purchasing Director at Axión.

Cristina Peñas

Commercial

Telecommunication Engineer from the University of Seville and PPD from the San Telmo International Institute (Seville).

She joined Axión in 2001 as a Development Engineer, and has held different positions within the Technical and Commercial Department of Axión. In 2019 she was appointed as New Business Development Manager and in 2020 as Commercial Director.

Javier Dorado

Operations

Senior Executive with more than 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications sector such as Indra and Ericsson.

Manager with national and international experience in Latin America, Morocco and the Czech Republic, occupying different positions; Commercial Director of Key Accounts, Business Development Director and Corporate Director. Extensive experience in financial departments of multinationals such as Toys“R”Us and Philip Morris.

He joined Axión in 2022 as Director of Operations.

María Casla

Legal Advice

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) where she subsequently completed the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.

Graduated in Law from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE) where she subsequently completed the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession.
Experience in legal consultancies for companies, advising on a wide variety of matters and contributing to their international expansion and organic and inorganic growth. In the past, she held positions in legal consultancies at Telefónica, Telxius and Seedtag.

Since 2024, she has been the Manager of Legal Consultancy at Axión.

Joao D. Dustchke

Strategy and New Business Development

Degree in Business Administration and double-master's degree in Finance and International Management from Nova School of Business and Economics and London School of Economics and Political Science. Chartered Financial Analyst since 2021.

Experience in strategy and corporate development, after holding positions at Telefónica and Deloitte, leading organic and inorganic growth projects and asset portfolio management in Europe, LatAm and Africa.

Since 2022, he has been Director of Strategy and New Business Development at Axión.

Francisco Hurtado

Broadcasting

Telecommunications Engineer from the ETSIT of Málaga and holds a PPD from the San Telmo International Institute (Seville).

He joined Axión in 1999 as a Development Engineer, holding different positions within the Axión Technical Department. He has been the Technical and Operations Manager since 2010.

He is currently Director of Broadcasting since 2022, within the Operations Department of Axión.

Systems and Processes

Senior Executive with more than 30 years of experience in the design and integration of IT systems in Telecommunications. Director of Network Management and Network Systems at Telefónica Spain. Professor of Economics at the Autonomous University of Madrid.

He joined Axión in 2022 as Director of Systems and Processes, within the Operations Department.

Juan Rubio

Executive with 20 years of experience in Project Management, Services Delivery & Development and Sales in Mobile Telephony companies.
Experience in companies such as Ericsson, Italtel or LCC – A Tech Mahindra Company as operations manager in projects with various Mobile Telephony operators. Executive MBA from IE Business School.

He joined Axión in 2022 as Director of Radioenlaces, within the Operations Department.

José Manuel Lucena

People, ESG and Health and Safety

Graduated in Law from the University of Seville and Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession from the Loyola University of Andalusia.

Experience in labor law practice and in human resources after holding positions at the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira law firm and at Abengoa within the Labor Relations area, developing his activity mainly in collective bargaining both nationally and internationally.

He joined Axión in 2022, becoming part of the Management Committee in 2024.
