{"id":8701,"date":"2020-03-16T11:05:37","date_gmt":"2020-03-16T11:05:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.axion.es\/?p=8701"},"modified":"2021-05-12T09:00:31","modified_gmt":"2021-05-12T09:00:31","slug":"communication-of-the-continuity-of-activity-in-axion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.axion.es\/en\/communication-of-the-continuity-of-activity-in-axion\/","title":{"rendered":"Communication of the Continuity of Activity in Axi\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The uncertainty generated by the spread of the Coronavirus in our country forces us as a Company to carefully observe our environment to adopt different protection measures that <strong>guarantee the continuity of the service and contribute to the safety of our customers and suppliers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>At <strong>Axi\u00f3n<\/strong> we are working intensively to ensure all staff, as well as customers and suppliers, have <strong>maximum health and safety<\/strong> in their daily work.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, we want to share the actions that we have immediately promoted to date, as well as the recommendations that we consider relevant for you to know.<\/p>\n<p>Among the main measures adopted, we should point out that we have created a Monitoring Committee that follows the current situation on a daily basis and is in charge of making decisions about the measures to take at any time.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, following the indications of the health authorities,<strong> the following prevention measures have been adopted<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have provided hydroalcoholic gel and disposable wipes in all our locations, as well as the distribution of information posters in the toilets on &#8220;How to wash your hands&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Cleaning works has been intensified at all levels (vehicles, toilets, shared areas, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>We have limited all meetings, as well as business trips, recommending the use of videoconferencing for all our staff, this measure can be extended to meetings with clients and suppliers.<\/li>\n<li>We have enabled teleworking for a large part of our professionals, guaranteeing the continuity of our operational capacity. For Axi\u00f3n it is a priority to ensure continuity in the provision of our services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a fundamental part of our commitment and ensuring your safety and that of our employees, here are some <strong>recommendations that we hope may be of interest to you and allow you developing your activity in the current context<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As far as possible, avoid going to crowded places, thus following the measures issued by the health authorities.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid travel whenever possible.<\/li>\n<li>In case you have to move:\n<ul>\n<li>Keep a safe distance from other people (minimum one meter).<\/li>\n<li>Extreme hygiene.<\/li>\n<li>Do not share items, and if you have to, clean them before use.<\/li>\n<li>Cover your cough \/ sneeze and use tissues.<\/li>\n<li>If you have any symptoms in any of our facilities, you can contact Axi\u00f3n Monitoring Committee (Ana Burgos, Juan M\u00aa G\u00e1rate or Maria Jose D\u00edaz) on the phone: 955.056.439.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally, we want <strong>to thank you for your collaboration and trust<\/strong>, as well as your understanding of the security protocols established at all levels.<\/p>\n<p>We guarantee that we continue working to <strong>safeguard the safety and health<\/strong> of our professionals, who are and have always been one of the <strong>priorities in our company<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The uncertainty generated by the spread of the Coronavirus in our country forces us as a Company to carefully observe our environment to adopt different protection measures that guarantee the continuity of the service and contribute to the safety of our customers and suppliers.
