The initial agreement had been announced in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterionindustrial.com\/asterion-industrial-partners-agrees-the-acquisition-of-spanish-towers-business-axion-from-amp-capital\/\">mid-October 2020<\/a> and was subject at that time to the approval of the Spanish regulatory authorities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.asterionindustrial.com\/\">Asterion Industrial Partners<\/a><\/span><span lang=\"EN-GB\">\u00a0(AIP) is an independent firm dedicated to managing infrastructure investments in the European mid-market. It has its main headquarters in Madrid, as well as a presence in London and Paris.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-GB\">AIP combines its transactional and operational experience with an industrial focus and active management within an independent and agile platform.
