{"id":23086,"date":"2023-03-08T00:00:45","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T00:00:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.axion.es\/?p=23086"},"modified":"2026-10-02T08:43:01","modified_gmt":"2026-10-02T08:43:01","slug":"axion-supports-the-adecco-foundation-in-promoting-employment-for-the-most-vulnerable-women","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.axion.es\/en\/axion-supports-the-adecco-foundation-in-promoting-employment-for-the-most-vulnerable-women\/","title":{"rendered":"Axi\u00f3n Supports the Adecco Foundation in Promoting Employment for the Most Vulnerable Women"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>More than 4.5 million women (30% of those of working age) are at risk of poverty and\/or social exclusion<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Axi\u00f3n supports the Adecco Foundation in celebrating Women\u2019s Week 2023, which aims to accelerate employment for women at the highest risk of exclusion while raising awareness about the barriers they continue to face on their path to employment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>There are 4,569,671 women between the ages of 16 and 64 who are severely at risk of poverty and social exclusion, with unemployment being the primary cause of this situation. The female unemployment rate (14.6%) is 3.3 percentage points higher than that of men.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Women over the age of 50, those with disabilities, those with unshared family responsibilities, and\/or victims of gender-based violence are particularly vulnerable to this situation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, on <strong>International Women\u2019s Day<\/strong>, Axi\u00f3n joins the Adecco Foundation\u2019s initiative for Women\u2019s Week 2023, where, alongside other committed companies, the goal is to promote access to employment for women at the highest risk of exclusion, while also raising awareness about the barriers they still face in entering the labor market.<\/p>\n<p>This initiative is part of the Adecco Foundation\u2019s social mission, <strong>#EmploymentForAll<\/strong>, and is aligned with the 2030 Agenda, addressing four Sustainable Development Goals: <strong>ending poverty, reducing inequalities, gender equality, and decent work and economic growth<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the planned activities, Axi\u00f3n is helping to promote the <strong>awareness video titled \u201cThe Influencer You\u2019ve Never Seen,\u201d<\/strong> which sheds light on the uncertain reality faced every day by the 4.5 million women at risk of social exclusion in our country.<\/p>\n<p>The video can be viewed at the following<a href=\"https:\/\/fundacionadecco.org\/sensibilizacion\/dia-internacional-mujer\/2023-influencer-%20nunca-has-visto\/\"> link<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>More than 4.5 million women (30% of those of working age) are at risk of poverty and\/or social exclusion Axi\u00f3n supports the Adecco Foundation in celebrating Women\u2019s Week 2023, which aims to accelerate employment for women at the highest risk of exclusion while raising awareness about the barriers they continue to face on their path [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":18438,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[3],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-23086","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-uncategorized"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v18.6 -
